Machshava Tova's MT-Web Project aims to provide employment opportunities in Israel's high-tech sector for underprivileged populations who have been unable to join the technological revolution until now.

The project works with these populations to teach them the necessary skills to enter the hi-tech workforce- with an emphasis on website building, SEO and social media marketing.

After successfully finishing training, participants are employed by MT-Web- a company that provides web services to businesses throughout Israel. The goal is for participants to acquire experience and eventually market themselves to local hi-tech firms.

My responsibilities include finding prospective clients, keeping in touch with them, and managing the team to ensure they complete projects on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Creation and implementation of an online marketing strategy for the organization's activities.

Managing a Twitter account about the status of the digital divide in Israel.
Research Israel's digital divide, thus turning Machshava Tova into an expert in the field
