Amit Gupta

Amit Gupta is the CFO and Head of Corporate Development at TO THE NEW, a position he was appointed to in January 2021.23 In this role, he is responsible for overall financial management, corporate development, and leading the company's growth strategy.234 Gupta brings extensive experience in finance and corporate development to his position at TO THE NEW.

Prior to joining TO THE NEW, Gupta had a diverse career in investment banking, management consulting, and executive roles. He has about 20 years of experience in these fields, including work with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, PwC Corporate Finance LLC, and Baldwin Bell Green.1 Gupta also served as the CEO and CFO of an independent high-complexity clinical diagnostic laboratory, where he helped oversee significant growth from $0 to $22 million in EBITDA over a three-year period.1

Gupta's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.1
