Amit Garg is a seasoned finance and operational expert with over 27 years of experience in driving value and wealth creation through operational efficiencies and managing strategic initiatives. Amit brings a partner-based approach towards his clients to accelerate business performance and unlock value. He has worked for organizations like NIIT Technologies, Intertek, American Express, Fidelity International, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he has gained expertise in corporate finance, corporate restructuring, M&A, investor relations, cash management, controllership, financial compliance, and managing global finance projects. He has also advised businesses across infrastructure and engineering, IT services, emobility, hydrogen-based renewables, financial services, and market research.

Amit has a Master's degree in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and studied Venture Capital and Private Equity from Harvard Business School. He is also a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Amit is the Founder and Managing Partner at Accelerate2Grow and also co-founded WinPE, a not-for-profit initiative to promote gender diversity in the investing ecosystem.
