Founded “Strive” and  brought it to full execution mode in 4 major cities, with main focus on recruiting and training the coaching staff, developing the “Strive” methodology, establishing partnerships with “Strive International” and the commercial and government bodies in Israel, fund raising and general management.
Thus far, “Strive” has trained about than 2,000 individuals, out of whom more than 85% are back in the workforce after having had been defined as “chronically unemployed”. In light of its success, the Israeli Ministry of Labor (TAMAT) made the “Strive” model the basis for its own approach to addressing the tough challenge of unemployment.
