Amin Sorour is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in Human Resources Management, specializing in various functions such as Organization Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Management, Digital Transformation, HRIS, Strength-based coaching, and Corporate Learning Management.

He boasts a strong educational background with certifications in Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Team Building from the American Certification Institute, a Master of Science in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, and Executive Management and Human Resources Management diplomas from The American University in Cairo, along with a BSc in Pharmacy from Cairo University.

Amin Sorour has made significant contributions in different roles, including serving as an HR, Psychology, and Leadership Instructor at the Egyptian Banking Institute, as a Director of Human Resources at the same institute, and as a Global Assignment participant responsible for implementing new Performance Management Systems at Medochemie Ltd across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

His extensive experience also includes roles such as Regional Human Resources Manager-MENA at Medochemie Ltd, Senior Manager for People & Organization Development, Training & Organization Development Manager, HR Projects and Planning Manager, and HR and Training Officer at Modern Sciences and Arts University.

Prior to these roles, Amin Sorour held positions at Abbott Laboratories as a Medical Representative, at Scope HR Consultancy and Training as a Sales Executive and Junior Trainer, at Servier as a Market Research Associate, and at LEO Pharma A/S as a Project Leader for the LEO Summer Internship Program.
