Amin Kassam

Amin Kassam is an accomplished technology lawyer with a strong background in advising, litigating, and negotiating agreements on various intricate issues like digital media, fintech, intellectual property, data security, privacy, and employment.

With a notable educational background, Amin holds a J.D. in Law from Columbia University School of Law, an M.Sc. in Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. in Political Science and Art History from McGill University.

Currently, Amin serves as the Head of Legal for the Asia-Pacific region at Bloomberg LP and also assumes the role of Chair for Bloomberg's Hong Kong Office Committee. Additionally, he is an active member of Bloomberg's Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Previously, Amin was the Chief of Staff to Bloomberg's General Counsel and held various legal positions at Bloomberg LP, including Senior Counsel and Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel in the Legal and Compliance Department.

Moreover, Amin has a robust professional history, having worked at renowned firms such as DEVORE & DEMARCO, LLP, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, WilmerHale, and as a Law Clerk at Chambers of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
