    Ami Doshi is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience across various sectors, specializing in international business, family business management, and international entrepreneurship.

    She holds a B.S. in Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy & Management from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.

    Ami has a diverse background that includes roles in biotech R&D, regulatory affairs at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, and strategic partnerships at the Kauffman Foundation.

    As a Research Advancement Fellow at SDSU's Division of Research & Innovation, she conducts research on bio-economy innovation and the food-water-energy ecosystem nexus.

    Ami has also served as a mentor for SDSU's Undergraduate Research Program and as a lecturer at the Fowler College of Business, teaching courses on international business and entrepreneurship.

    Her interests extend to scientific and regulatory innovation in crisis areas and sustainable development, aiming to support productive entrepreneurship and policy reform.

    In addition to her academic and research pursuits, she has founded a consulting firm, Nur Ventures, and contributed to the growth and development of various organizations in the business and academic sectors.

    Ami's expertise lies in strategic drivers for innovation, institutional mechanisms for bio-economy growth, and system dynamics within the food-water-energy ecosystem.

    Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in teaching, research, and leadership roles, making significant contributions to the fields of business, science, and policy.
