She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Communication from the Mount Saint Mary College.

Having previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and presently working as a Human Resources Manager at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants, Amelia has gained a wealth of experience in this industry. Her other past roles at associations such as Mental Health Service Corps, Wafra Investment Advisory Group, and Dataminr have enabled her to apply exceptional HR expertise and skills in various settings. Besides, Amelia also has extensive experience in HR legal matters, recruitment, and training that equips her with a broad-based view of the human resource function.
