With a diverse background encompassing strategy consulting, marketing in tech startups, and fundraising for non-profits, Amelia has honed her skills in perceiving the holistic view, devising strategic visions, and executing plans effectively.

Having pursued an MBA at the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, Amelia further delved into strategy consulting, eventually joining The Boston Consulting Group post-graduation in 2012.

Throughout her tenure at BCG, Amelia held various roles, gradually progressing to her current position as the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for Central Europe and Middle East, where she has been instrumental in steering the region towards consistent double-digit growth year over year.

In her role, Amelia actively oversees regional operations, spearheads strategic initiatives, manages leadership communications, and plays a pivotal role in pipeline management, ensuring the success of the region.
