Amber Kandarian is a multi-talented professional whose vast experience covers various fields, from real estate investment to community engagement. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine, Claire Trevor School of the Arts, with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art.

Before joining the Prospect Group Real Estate Investment Group as Acquisitions Director and Real Estate Advisor, Kandarian has worked with several reputable companies across the globe. She has served as DeepBlocks' Business Development, Global Real Estate Marketing Specialist at Engel & Völkers, and Business Development and Communications at Docuinc.

Kandarian is also a creative director, producer, on-air personality, and DJ, having worked with organizations such as BCC and Hay FM. Furthermore, Kandarian is the founder of DocuThesis, Inc., and an advisor to SexyKnowledge, DOCUinc LLC, and DeepBlocks.

Kandarian's accomplishments include being Armenia's first female DJ, a tax specialist in the United States, and a co-director for the mockumentary, "Bruised Gold," produced by Evil Genius Labs NZ. She has also worked for TVNZ and Impact International Pictures as an executive producer.
