Amara Donovan

Amara Donovan is a highly skilled business professional and equity coach with a strong foundation in public health and sociology. She is passionate about building anti-racist systems, processes, and plans to foster equity and growth within communities and organizations.

Donovan has a diverse range of experience working in various capacities, including executive assistant, research interviewer, and associate consultant. She has worked with organizations such as Canopy Equity Coaching, Cambridge Families of Color Coalition, and Cohost Management. Donovan holds two degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

At Canopy Equity Coaching, Donovan is the Director of Business Development and Operations, where she leads the development of anti-racist training programs and works with clients to build equity and inclusion within their organizations.
