Amar Shah is an accomplished professional with a diverse background that spans a range of fields, from management consulting to neurobiology research. After graduating from Northwestern University, Amar embarked on an introspective journey that took him to traditional ashrams in Trinidad and Tobago and all the way to Asia, where he explored Eastern philosophy and spirituality. Combining his Western upbringing with his spiritual learnings, Amar now speaks and inspires on topics such as meditation and mind management, sharing his insights with hundreds of professionals across the US. Amar has previously worked as a management consulting analyst at Accenture, a neurobiology researcher at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, and a visiting lecturer at the Chinmaya Mission. He has also founded organizations such as Selfless and served as a Hindu chaplain at Northwestern University.
