With close to twenty years of experience, Amar has focused on addressing the needs of various stakeholders in healthcare, including health consumers, payers, manufacturers, and providers, to facilitate the creation of a wide array of therapeutic and diagnostic products.

Currently, Amar holds the role of President and Co-Founder at Homeward, a healthcare provider leveraging technology to deliver accessible and comprehensive care to underserved rural communities.

Prior to his current position, he played a key role at Livongo Health, where he led product management, design, marketing, and business development. During his tenure, Livongo Health went public at a $3.5 billion valuation in 2019 and was later acquired by Teladoc Health for over $18 billion.

Following the acquisition, Amar assumed the position of Chief Product Officer at Teladoc Health, overseeing telemedicine services and chronic condition product lines, exploring innovative opportunities at the intersection of the two.

Throughout his career, Amar Kendale has been instrumental in developing groundbreaking healthcare technology products across various sectors, ranging from wearables to surgical and pharmaceutical tools.

He holds an impressive educational background, having completed both his Masters and Bachelors degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Amar also boasts 10 issued patents.
