Amanda Poole

Amanda Poole is a talent and network leader with over a decade of experience in early-stage startups, specializing in building and leading network, founder, and portfolio recruiting functions.

Currently serving as the VP of Talent at DVx Ventures, Amanda leads internal talent operations, founder and executive recruiting, networks and communities, and studio support services, offering expertise in HR and talent management.

Amanda's team at DVx Ventures recruits top executive talents for venture-backed software companies, manages the Entrepreneur-in-Residence program, and provides strategic HR and talent advice to portfolio companies.

With a background in agency and software development professional services, Amanda has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.

She also leads Platform and Network functions at High Alpha Innovation, overseeing relationships with various ecosystems and networks to enhance sourcing and partnership opportunities for portfolio companies.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys golfing, traveling, reading, and hot yoga, and she participates in competitive Catan gaming, having been invited to the US National Championship since 2020.
