She pursued her education at Chelsea School of Art and Design, specializing in General Art and Design with a BTEC National Diploma. Continuing her academic journey, Amanda obtained a Master's Degree in Sustainable Agriculture from Wye College, University of London. Beyond her academic achievements, Amanda has been actively involved in various roles within different organizations. She served as Secretary at the Portobello Artists Group, showcasing her organizational and leadership skills. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a Massage Therapist and Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner, demonstrating her expertise in holistic healing practices.
