Amanda LeFever is a businesswoman with over 15 years of experience in revitalizing and growing businesses through best practices for employee development and financing. She currently serves as the Chief Penny Pincher and Paperwork Pusher, leading the team through her expertise. Amanda’s journey to her leadership position began with her studying a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS) at Guilford College and an Associate of Science in General Studies at Weber State University. She then went on to earn her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Piedmont International University. Amanda founded her first business at just 12 years old, and she has been escaping work with delightful fantasy novels or exotic places like Target or Chick-Fil-A.
Prior to her current role, Amanda served as the Vice President Operations at iRio Technical Group, the Purchasing Manager at FIXXUS Rehabilitation Systems, and the Owner at Premier Specialties. Her working experience has made her an expert in employee development and financing, positioning her as the driving force of the teams she leads.
Amanda’s passion extends beyond business, as she has also served Weber State University as an Admissions Ambassador. When not working, Amanda enjoys reading books and traveling to new places.
