Amanda Fishburn

Amanda Fishburn is the Global Head of Strategic Change and Transformation at Dr. Martens, overseeing rapid growth and change initiatives with efficiency and speed.

With a background in postgraduate teaching, English, and drama from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Bachelor's Degree from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Amanda brings a unique skill set to her role.

Prior to her current position, she held various leadership roles at Dr. Martens plc, including Global Head of Change, Communication, Culture, and Learning, and Head of HR APAC.

Amanda also has a strong background in business change management, having worked at organizations like the BBC, Guardian News & Media, and Channel 4 on diverse projects spanning events, media, and culture.
