Amanda Cumberland

Amanda Cumberland is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Corporate and Academic research and analysis, currently serving as the head of Strategic Insights, Research, and Governance at Cisco's Chief Sustainability Office.

Her expertise spans various areas including ESG reporting, CSR/ESG strategy, market research, program evaluation, statistical analysis, ESG indices and indexes, customer feedback, impact evaluation, business intelligence, strategic planning, bespoke research, and metrics.

Amanda's educational background includes pursuing a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology/Statistics at Arizona State University and completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors at Texas A&M University.

Throughout her career, Amanda has held key positions at Cisco, including Senior Director of Research and Governance, Director of CSR/ESG Insights and Impact, Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs Insights, Corporate Affairs Strategic Research Manager, and Research and Evaluation Specialist and Director.

Prior to her extensive tenure at Cisco, Amanda gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University.
