Dr. Amanda Coleman-Mason, a Professor of Human Services at the University of North Texas, Dallas, is also the CEO and Certified Transnational Justice Leadership Coach of Adissa Justice Leadership Coaching. As an open-minded visionary, she believes in introducing innovative concepts, such as soft-skills coaching for community police, customer service excellence and community policing. Dr. Coleman-Mason is a minority HUB certified business, and a General Lines Agent with Aflac Insurance.
