Amanda Baumgart

Amanda Baumgart, CSCP, is a dedicated entrepreneur with a strong focus on sustainability and upcycling in various industries. She is currently in search of a full-time position at a sustainable company for the fall, with keen interests in food upcycling, vertical farming, urban farming, and AgTech.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.9 GPA from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, she has participated in Study Abroad programs in London, United Kingdom, and Rome, Italy.

Amanda has a diverse range of experiences in multiple organizations, having worked as a Vertical Farming Intern at HappyFresh, Student Consultant at TakkaCor Technologies, Inc., Business Development Intern at Magnomer and BetterYou, Researcher in the Mayo Innovation Scholars Program at Mayo Clinic, Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at BraillEazy, gBETA Associate at gener8tor, Co-Founder at Chocolate Nook, Office Superhero at Project for Pride in Living (PPL), and Mentor at Padres Asertivos and Life Perú. She also gained international experience at Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya.
