The curriculum of the Internship Program was designed and refined with several key elements including Professional Communication (Written, Verbal, Non-Verbal), Soft-skill & Emotional Intelligence development, Portfolio Building & Hard-skills development, Documentation & Interview Preparation, as well as weekly reflections and supervisor evaluations.

•	Led a successful board accreditation process with the Cambridge International Exam Board (IGCSE & A-levels)
