Aman Kapadia

Aman Kapadia is a Partner at Jadian Capital, an alternative investment firm based in New York and Connecticut. He has over 20 years of experience in investing across both public and private markets. Notably, he was a founding member of Fir Tree Partners' real estate funds, where he played a significant role in overseeing traded commercial real estate investments, including CMBS, REIT conversions, and distressed credit from 2009 to 2014. His responsibilities also included sitting on creditors’ committees during significant real estate bankruptcies, such as Capmark Financial, which is noted as the second-largest real estate bankruptcy in history.
Before his tenure at Jadian Capital, Aman was the Founder and Managing Partner at Akaris Global, an investment firm managing approximately $500 million in assets focused on public equities and corporate credit. He has also held positions at Rockbay Capital, Severn River Capital, Sagamore Hill, and McKinsey & Co.
