Aman Batra is an accomplished business professional with over 8 years of experience leading large teams in the areas of business strategy, data analytics, consulting, and operations. A graduate from IIM Calcutta with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Batra has a strong background in sales and marketing, revenue growth, business analysis, P&L management, and operations. His key strengths include a keen attention to detail, excellence in execution, and the ability to develop robust stakeholder relationships while building capable teams.

Batra's professional career took off with senior roles at Bharti Airtel where he served in various capacities including Zonal Sales Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Manager Marketing. He later became the General Manager of Strategy and Operations before joining the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) as a Senior Political Consultant. Batra's experience in politics and business led him to OYO, where he served in various senior roles including Head of Operations - Expansion, Chief of Staff - COO's Office, and Revenue Growth Head - Global. Currently, Batra is the Head of Strategy & New Initiatives at InsuranceDekho, a leading insurtech start-up.
