Amal Saymeh, MBA, CPCC, PCC, BCC, started her professional journey over 2 decades ago as a bench-top chemist and later transitioned into technical and strategic project management roles.
She co-led initiatives in establishing STEM outreach activities in the community and developing a Diversity and Inclusion program.
In 2016, Amal delved into coaching, leveraging her coaching and leadership skills to assist technical experts in transitioning into successful leadership roles.
She holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership with a focus in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
Amal has also received training in Co-Active Leadership and Co-Active Coaching from the Co-Active Training Institute.
Throughout her career, she has held various roles including Founder/CEO at CoachingWithoutWorries.com, Faculty in Coaching Training at the Co-Active Training Institute, Business Coach & Strategic Consultant at NOORBIZ, Business and Leadership Coach at BetterUp, and Executive Coach at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Her previous positions also include Strategic Project Manager at RTI International, Strategy and Marketing Manager at Aura Life Inc., and roles as a Chemist at RTI International in different capacities.
