Alyssa Rugg has an impressive track record of managing and supporting administrative teams. She currently holds the position of Culture and Admin Coordinator at Mogo, where she leads a team of over 80 staff. Her primary focus is to create a more efficient, culturally strong, and fun work environment for everyone.

Rugg received her education from Takapuna Grammar School, where she studied NCEA Level 3. Her career began as an Office and Admin Assistant at Vulcan Chambers, Barristers at Law, followed by Billing Administrator at Madison Recruitment, and later as Executive Assistant and Business Development Support at Auckland Council before finding her current role at Mogo.
