Alysha D'Souza

Alysha D'Souza is an impact-driven marketing leader with more than seven years of experience in building communities in tech, entrepreneurship, creative industries, and financial services. She holds a Master's Degree in Digital Media from Ryerson University and studied International Marketing and Product Management at Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Alysha is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, having developed educational programming for women in entrepreneurship and underrepresented founders, and led Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in every company she's worked in. Alysha has held several positions in her career, including Marketing Manager at ecobee Energy, Founder and Producer at Startup Revival Stories, Head of Marketing at Finaeo Inc., Director of Content at Finaeo Inc., Talent Manager, Wattpad Studios at Wattpad, Program Manager & Instructor at Entrepreneurship for Creatives, Ryerson University's Transmedia Zone, Startup Services Lead at The DMZ at Ryerson University, and Internal Communications and Events Assistant Coordinator at The DMZ at Ryerson University. Alysha believes in the power of storytelling to engage and inspire audiences, and she is analytical and metrics-driven. She anchors growth around thoughtful experimentation and creating product experiences that customers love.
