Alysa Procida

Alysa Procida is a seasoned non-profit leader and magazine publisher with a strong passion for connecting audiences with art and culture.

She has a proven track record of guiding organizations and publications through significant growth phases, particularly showcased during her tenure at the Inuit Art Foundation and as the Publisher of Inuit Art Quarterly.

Alysa successfully tripled the annual operating budget of the Inuit Art Foundation by skillfully navigating the Canadian public landscape, establishing a robust private giving program, and expanding the magazine's readership and advertising revenue.

Her emphasis on relationship building has cultivated a wide base of national and international support for the organization.

She is known for strategically enhancing internal infrastructure to bolster employee success and program effectiveness.

Alysa Procida holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Literature from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Vermont. She also studied English Language and Literature during a Study Abroad program at UCL.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Executive Director and Publisher at the Inuit Art Quarterly, Executive Director and Curator at the Museum of Inuit Art, and Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto.
