Alya Lilani is a successful diversity specialist with a passion for learning about different cultures and people. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in French and Politics at the prestigious University of Nottingham. After a series of diverse experiences, such as an internship in the Alps, a bar job in New Zealand, and an L&D practitioner for News UK, she discovered her true calling: helping people understand themselves better through diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, she holds the position of Culture & Diversity Partner at News UK, where she is responsible for implementing and executing the company's D&I strategy. Thanks to her language skills, her understanding of MBTI and psychometric testing, and her fascination with different cultures, Alya creates safe spaces for employees to celebrate their differences and bring their best selves to work.
