Aly Sartini

Aly Sartini is a versatile professional with an extensive background in collegiate softball coaching and sales management. With 13 years of experience as a Division I Collegiate Softball Coach, Aly served in various roles such as pitching, catching, and infield coach, academic coordinator, travel coordinator, recruiter, and camp director. Transitioning to sales, Aly spent two years as a Territory Sales Manager at Combat Sports Group, excelling in identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and surpassing customer expectations. Known for her strong relationship-building skills, Aly acquired new customers while nurturing existing ones, ultimately driving business growth. Aly further developed her sports industry acumen during her tenure as the Director of Softball at Marucci Sports for four years. Aly holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agriculture, Food, and Life Sciences with a focus on Education, Communication, and Technology from the University of Arkansas. Moreover, Aly has held roles as Product Marketing Manager at Fruit of the Loom, Inc., Associate Head Softball Coach at Texas Tech University, and Assistant Softball Coach at both the University of Arkansas and Birmingham-Southern College.
