Alwyn Van Heerden is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, development, finance, and engineering.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and has also studied Finance at the CFA Institute. Additionally, he completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering at the University of Pretoria.

Alwyn currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Multiplan, where he leverages his expertise to drive business growth and development.

Prior to his role at Multiplan, he held several key positions at Elevance Health, including Senior Director, Director, and Manager of Corporate Development. His experience in restructuring and investment banking was honed during his time at Rothschild & Co and Credit Suisse.

With a background in credit risk management from his tenure at Barclays, Alwyn brings a unique perspective to his strategic roles. His consulting experience at Barloworld Logistics further enriches his skill set.
