Alvis Prince has been actively involved in various organizations such as the Travis County Sheriff's Office, Active Eagle Gym, Elgin ISD, Austin Independent School District, Sheriff's Memorial & Benevolent Society of Travis County, Travis County Green Team, Elgin City Council, Hays Consolidated Independent, Gonzales Independent School, and United States Army Reserve.
