Alvaro has served in various roles across esteemed organizations, including as the Business Development Manager at Toby's Estate Coffee in Asia, Operations Manager, and Head Coffee Roaster at the same organization in Asia, and Head of Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Coffee Roaster at The SOCIETY Group.

Additionally, he has worked as a Coffee Quality Consultant at Boncafe Singapore and as a Training Manager of Espresso School at Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters.
