Together with his brother Gonzalo, Alvaro is actively involved in their business venture, AGM Sports, which focuses on promoting college education in the United States by securing funding for students through athletic, academic, or international scholarships.

Their efforts have positively impacted more than 2,500 students, raising over $140 million for them and establishing partnerships with over 700 different universities across the United States.

Alvaro's educational background is diverse, having pursued studies in various programs related to business management, administration, and sports at reputable institutions like Fundación San Valero, IE Business School, UNIR, and Georgetown University.

Throughout his career, Alvaro has been associated with several organizations, holding key positions such as Co-Founder and Managing Director at AGM Educación, Secretario y Tesorero at Fundación Mooxye, and Cofundador at Mooxye, among others.
