Alston Albarado

Alston Albarado is a skilled Theatre Practitioner and Educator with a diverse set of talents and specialized knowledge in various areas. His career is driven by a deep passion for the Arts, particularly Performing Arts, Education, Teaching, Youth Mentorship, Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, and Technology.

Alston pursued a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) degree in Theatre for Young Audiences at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, following an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Performing Arts - Drama with an outstanding GPA of 3.83 from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.

Throughout his professional journey, Alston has held significant roles in different organizations, serving as an Enrichment Teacher at President Thomas Jefferson Elementary School and contributing as a Background Actor at Entertainment Partners. He has also worked as an Afterschool Care Leader at Punahou School, Administrative Assistant, Site Coordinator, and Site Director at various Community Centers. Alston's experience extends to roles such as Recreation Leader and Uplink Tutor/Part-Time Teacher at educational institutions. His diverse background includes stints as a Delivery Expert at Domino's and Assistant Manager at World Wide Photography-IPI.

Additionally, Alston Albarado has showcased his skills in the field of Theatre through roles such as Costume Shop Assistant, Theatre Stitcher, and Theatre Usher at the University of Hawaii Performing Arts Center. He has also contributed to community engagement as a Conversation Partner and English Tutor at Hawaii Community College's Intensive English Program, further highlighting his commitment to education and mentorship.
