Alona Demochko, an experienced startup entrepreneur and skilled negotiator with a degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kyiv National Economics University. Demochko co-founded BeOnDesk, one of the top 6 startups in Ukraine, which was selected for a 2-month internship in the Ukrainian business incubator Happy Farm, followed by a 1-month internship in the USA. During her time in the US, Demochko gained experience in negotiations with large companies and VC funds, such as Google, Microsoft, 500 Startups, and Evernote. In 2013, BeOnDesk, which offers cloud-based business management tools, raised $70,000 from the Happy Farm business incubator.

In addition to BeOnDesk, Demochko has been involved in various other startups, including Yooex, Aigram, and Oswox. She also served as the Tech Director for U-Krasa and the CPO at HidLayer. Demochko's expertise lies in startup presentations, business meetings, and negotiations, and she has demonstrated her skills time and again through her roles in multiple startups.
