Alon Diamant-Cohen

Alon Diamant-Cohen is a seasoned professional with a passion for managing teams and projects in both small startups and large corporate environments.

His academic and private sector IT experiences have given him expertise in infrastructure management, cloud security, organizational behavior, digital anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and program management.

Alon possesses strong organizational fluency, leadership, and communication skills crucial for managing expectations and ensuring the timely delivery of objectives.

His proficiency in ethnological analysis, mixed-method coding schemes, and ethnographic data analysis allows him to quickly grasp situations and incorporate organizational cultural needs into his work.

Throughout his career, Alon has successfully executed multiple IT retoolings, obtained federal certifications, and managed large-scale software development projects.

He pursued his M.A. in Organizational Behavior Studies, Anthropology, and Sociology at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his B.A. in Anthropology at the University of Maryland.
