Alok Patnia

Alok Patnia is a prominent figure in the tax and legal industry, having co-founded Taxmantra Global, a taxation and legal firm that has serviced over 40,000 global clients. A Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata, Patnia also holds an MBA in Financial Models from the Indian School of Business. He has worked for multiple well-known organizations, including KPMG and Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for global tax and advisory services. He has served as a Partner at R K Patnia and Company, Transfer Pricing in Bangalore, and went on to be a Board Member, TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) at TiE. Patnia is currently the Founding Managing Partner of ProfitBoard Ventures in Singapore, where he provides guidance and support to aspiring entrepreneurs and global companies with regard to regulatory compliance, taxation, and due diligence.
