Alok Nadig

Alok Nadig is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a strong foundation in law.

He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude from New York University School of Law, demonstrating his dedication to legal studies.

Prior to that, Alok excelled at Northwestern University, where he earned Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Music (B.M.) degrees in Sociology, Voice & Opera, and Music Theatre, magna cum laude.

Alok Nadig has gained valuable professional experience through various roles in prestigious organizations.

He currently serves as an Associate at Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP, where he puts his legal expertise to use in assisting clients.

Previously, Alok held positions as a Judicial Law Clerk at both the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Additionally, he served as a Law Clerk/Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, showcasing his versatility in the legal field.

His advocacy for LGBTQ rights is highlighted through his experience as a Summer Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and as a LGBT Rights Clinic Extern at Lambda Legal.

Alok's passion for civil liberties and equality is further demonstrated by his role as a Legal Intern in the LGBT & HIV Project at the ACLU.
