With 12 years of experience in railway telecommunications and 7 years with private operators, Almudena is a multidisciplinary expert with a background in Telecom Engineering and PMP® certification.

Her expertise lies in analyzing customer needs, defining project scopes, managing teams, planning and monitoring tasks, handling changes, and correcting deviations.

Almudena has in-depth knowledge in maintenance management, expansion projects, and improvement of various telecommunication systems and technologies including GSMR networks, fiber optic networks, data networks, CCTV, intrusion systems, access control, and energy remote control.

Specialized in Fiber Optics, CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion systems, she has overseen installation and maintenance across a large network of infrastructures.

Her skills in goal achievement and quality improvement were showcased in coordinating the communication systems technologies team for the Madrid-Barcelona-French Border AVE project.

Moreover, Almudena is the founder, treasurer, and educator at the Aragonesa Association of Robotics and Educational Programming, demonstrating her passion for growth, learning, and nurturing young minds in STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).
