Engage Catholic Church partners in the mission of CCFW through individualized relationships.  This includes clergy, leadership, and key volunteers at CCFW events, supporting services, and being Ambassadors for the agency.  

Provide relationship support for Parish Partnership Manager to administer services in order for parishes to live out their Gospel call to love their neighbor.  

Develop a deeper level of commitment with parish partners with their time, talent, and treasure.  

Promote the mission of CCFW to foster partnerships that lead to volunteer, in-kind, and direct financial support. 

Cultivate high-quality relationships with clergy and parish leadership.  

Identify current needs and trends of Catholic parishes; you connect them to resources within the agency.  

Cultivate and collaborate with Parish Partnership Manager in order to educate parishioners about their specific populations and the effects of poverty.

Associate Director of Parish Relations

Facilitate and or conduct outreach activities, including presentations, to service providers and potential clients, community fairs, one-on-one engagement and education on available resources.  

Follow up with individuals and/or families who have expressed interest in services to ensure successful enrollment.  

Complete all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funding requirements, licensing requirements and agency quality assurance standards.  

Provide enrollment assistance and or referrals as appropriate. 

Advocate for clients at service providers or agencies and in the community.   

Evaluate the target population to identify appropriate outreach strategies. 

Attend trainings and accrue Continuing Education Unit Hours a year in order to keep up to date with the best practices.  

Cultivate positive relationships with clients, faith based organizations, social service providers and other community partners. Collaborate with community partners and coordinate parenting classes and resources for parents in the community. 

Identify and recruit eligible clients and/or families for program services.   Lower the risk of families risk of child maltreatment by enrolling eligible parents into parent education classes. 

Provide resources for clients who have emergent needs. 

Create and maintain positive  relationships with community partners. 80% of the clients screened are enrolled and participate in parent education classes.

Families First Outreach Specialist

Coordinate all Social Services for residents.  Coordinate the Tarrant Food Bank Senior Share Program for the residents on site the first Wednesday of every month.  Food brought in is up to three ton of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy items, chicken or pork.  Coordinate event with the assistance of thirteen volunteers.  

Schedule Informational sessions, continuing education, health seminars and fitness sessions for residents.  

Schedule counseling sessions as needed and introduce health service providers.  

Introduce home health care companies, service providers for transportation, mobile x-ray, audiologist, diabetic shoes and any other local resource  that might assist residents with their various health care needs.  

Translate for all Spanish speaking residents as needed.  

Coordinate recreational sessions for seniors.  

Facilitate health care company representatives and resident meetings.  

Coordinate donation of items for residents such as weekly bingo sponsors, gift cards for local restaurants, movie theater's, door prizes and snacks for informational sessions.  

Introduce ways to incorporate fitness, educational and informative sessions in an enjoyable atmosphere.  

Coordinate donations of up to 10K per month for the property and residents.  

Coordinate volunteers as needed for monthly events and activities, have supervised up to 20 volunteers at an event.  Coordinate volunteers with the boy scout, girl scout, national honor society, church groups, AVID school groups and any other youth that may need service hours for their area schools.  Coordinate with six area high schools and a few middle schools.   

Helped coordinate two Boy Scout Eagle Project at the Senior Living property.  Coordinate building of games with home school group volunteers for the multi family property.  Train new hires.

Fund Raiser event provider fees were re-negotiated to lower cost or fine-tune their service offering to either generate more sales or increase fundraiser attendance.  

Began the year with no income and ended the year with $18,000.
