Alma Malabanan-McGrath is a seasoned operations, facilities & arts administrator, and private chef, with a strong track record in the entertainment and culinary sectors. Alma holds a Certificate in Savory cooking from the French Culinary Institute, an MA in Educational Theatre, and a BS in Educational Theatre, both from New York University.

Alma has held various key roles in distinguished organizations, serving as the General Manager at Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, Inc. Alma has also worked as a Freelance Consultant, General Manager at Two River Theater, and Volunteer at the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey. Additionally, Alma contributed significantly in roles such as Chair of Marketing and Communications Committee at The Ethical Community Charter School Family School Association, as well as Secretary and Co-Chair of TECCS 1st Annual Gala Fundraiser at the same institution.
