Allyson McIntyre, DMA, is a highly accomplished individual with a robust educational background in music composition and theory.
Allyson pursued her academic journey by obtaining a Doctor of Musical Arts in Composition from the University of Georgia, a Master of Music in Composition from Belmont University, a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory and Composition from Stetson University, and an Associate of Arts in Piano from Truett-McConnell College.
Throughout her career, Allyson has been actively involved in various prestigious organizations, including her current role as the Program Director at W.O. Smith Music School.
She has previously held positions at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development as well as the Nashville Business Incubation Center, both at Tennessee State University.
Furthermore, Allyson has generously shared her expertise as a Volunteer-Class piano instructor at WO Smith Music School, showcasing her dedication to music education and community engagement.
