Allison Yates-Berg

Allison Yates-Berg is a Vice President at ideas42, a nonprofit behavioral design lab, where she oversees teams working on innovative solutions to promote health and well-being for families nationwide.

She is driven by the challenge of creating new programs and products while cultivating relationships with strategic partners to address healthcare and social determinants of health, especially for women and families with young children.

Allison's educational background includes a Master of Social Work with a focus on Policy, Research, Management, and Program Design, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies with a concentration in Health Care Markets and Finance, both from the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to her current role, she has held positions such as Corporator at Narragansett Financial Corporation, Vice President of Community Impact and Operations at United Way of Greater New Bedford, Senior Associate at ideas42, Policy Solutions Intern at The Reinvestment Fund, Evaluation Consultant at Thomas Scattergood Behavioral Health Foundation, and Research Associate at Strategic Research Insights.
