Allison Sullivan, Ph.D.
Data Science Product Leader
Allison Sullivan is a survey research expert with 15 years of experience in academic, government, and business settings. She is passionate about exploring human behaviors and attitudes and enjoys developing research tools that make the process enjoyable for others. Sullivan is a highly educated individual, having earned a Ph.D. in Demography from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science, International Studies, and Spanish from Miami University. Currently, she works as a Product Manager at The Mom Project, where she focuses on developing tools to scale survey research. Sullivan's previous work experience includes Senior Product Manager, Lead Survey Scientist/Product Manager, and Senior Survey Analyst positions at Civis Analytics and Blue Shield of California. Additionally, she worked as a Measurement Analyst at the National Board of Medical Examiners and as a Predoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. Sullivan also served as a Senior Researcher, Senior Survey Analyst, and Survey Analyst at Blue Shield of California and as a Research Assistant at Westat. Before her professional career, Sullivan worked as a Program Assistant at the Academy for Educational Development.
