Allison Stites is a dedicated individual currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physician Assistant at Baylor College of Medicine. Prior to her current academic pursuit, she completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Global Health at Arizona State University.
During her academic journey, Allison gained hands-on experience in the medical field. She worked as a Medical Assistant at Dr. Lino DeGuzman-Gastroenterology, where she honed her skills in patient care and medical procedures. Additionally, she served as an Emergency Medical Technician at Shoreline Ambulance, further enhancing her knowledge in emergency medical response.
Allison also dedicated time to internship and shadowing opportunities, such as being an Intern/Shadowing Physician in the Northern Nevada Prison System at Northern Nevada Correctional Center. These experiences provided her with valuable insights into different healthcare settings and practices.
