Allison Noyes

Allison Noyes is an assistant professor of organizational communication at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a background in communication and journalism from USC's Annenberg School.

She completed her PhD in 2014 and specializes in studying organizations from a communication perspective, focusing on health care organizations.

Allison Noyes' research interests include strategic communication, interprofessional collaboration, team cultures, power dynamics, preventable medical errors, reducing care disparities, and end-of-life care.

Allison Noyes holds a bachelor's degree in politics from Mount Holyoke College and has practical experience in government, healthcare, and consulting for non-profit, corporate, and military organizations.

She has also worked as a Research Quality Specialist in Palliative Care at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
