Allison Monat

Allison Monat is a talented individual with an impressive background in talent acquisition and management, as well as event coordination, sales, and hospitality. She studied Environmental Science at University at Buffalo, which has undoubtedly influenced her ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life.

Allison started her career at Cruise West, where she worked as a Hotel Manager before transitioning to Travel Planners Inc (now onPeak LLC) as an Account Executive, honing her sales and customer service skills. She then took on the role of Events Coordinator at Positive Feedback, LLC, where she showcased her expertise in event coordination and management.

Allison then returned to the world of hospitality, working as a Hotel Manager and Recruiting Manager at UnCruise Adventures, where she honed her talent acquisition and management skills. Most recently, she served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Lions + Tigers, displaying her exceptional ability to identify and attract talent.
