Allison Lei is a skilled User Experience Designer with a strong background in User Experience Design and Textile/Surface Design. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the History of Art, with concentrations in Communications, Textile Design, and Renaissance Art and Architecture. Allison is also a certified yoga instructor, having completed a 200 HR RYT Alignment based Vinyasa program.

Allison has worked for several companies, including DreamStart Labs, where she currently holds the position of User Experience Designer. She has also worked as an Independent Consultant, a Freelance Designer, a Textile Designer, a Designer for Bedding and Accessories, and an Assistant Designer for Ralph Lauren Home. Additionally, Allison has interned for leading companies, such as Bath and Body Works, Club Monaco, and the Everson Museum of Art, where she gained valuable experience in the art and design industries.

Allison's educational and professional background has given her a unique perspective that she applies to her work as a User Experience Designer. Her ability to understand people's needs and her expertise in qualitative research combined with design thinking allows her to build memorable and relevant user experiences.
