Allison Hughes

Allison Hughes is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in digital acquisition, go-to-market strategies, and sales management.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from La Jolla High School.

Allison currently serves as the Corporate Vice President of Digital Acquisition at Microsoft, where she spearheads strategic initiatives to drive digital growth.

Prior to her role at Microsoft, she held key positions at Servicenow, including Senior Vice President of Global Digital Go-To-Market and Vice President of Global Digital Go-To-Market.

Her experience also includes serving as a Board Member at Every Monday Matters.

Before her tenure at Servicenow, Allison held leadership roles at Logicalis, Vmware, and Cisco, where she honed her skills in enterprise sales, business development, and product management.
