Allison Gulati

Allison Gulati is an accomplished professional in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Lehigh University. She has had a significant impact on student affairs and has been involved in various roles since joining Lehigh in 2003. Her previous positions include Assistant Director of Residence Life and Assistant Dean of Students, where she focused on student leadership development and engagement.1

Gulati is a graduate of James Madison University and earned her Master's degree from the University of Georgia. She is recognized for her commitment to diversity and inclusion within academic environments and has been instrumental in fostering connections between student affairs and academic affairs at Lehigh.12

In June 2016, she was appointed Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Muhlenberg College, a role she began in August of that year. This position involved overseeing a wide range of student services, including athletics, counseling, and multicultural life.13
